What to Expect

Over the two days, you'll be able to explore a range of available homes, including:

• 25 The Crescent, our beautifully finished, brand-new park home, ready to view. Priced at £320,000.
• A selection of pre-owned homes currently available within the village

You'll be free to wander at your own pace, chat with residents and our team, and picture what everyday life could look like here, all set among 47 acres of woodland.

And of course, there'll be complimentary tea, coffee and cake waiting for you throughout both days.

Choosing a park home is a big decision, and photos or floorplans can only tell you so much. Coming along in person means you can:
